Koala Girl Cushion

I've been thinking for awhile about putting my drawings in stitch onto cushion covers and here is the first one. She's on plain calico fabric with applique fabic spots. The drawing has been done in free motion machine embroidery. I've aimed to keep it as simple as possible without the layers and layers of embroidery that I usually do. She's happy and joyful, caring for her little koala friend.

  1. EEEEEEEEE!!! Drop bears!!!! ::snickersnicker::

    Right you, get out of my brain.

    I just threw out one of our cushions a couple days ago, and am eyeing the other suspiciously, trying to figure out what to do for the replacements (and a large, no, LARGE set of curtains to hide the wine rack and pot shelves), that involved embroidery and stuff. Now I know why. Apparently I'm channeling you.

    Selling these? You should! It's lovely!
